Hello! Look what is back...my olive romper! I seriously cannot get enough of this romper. I know that I've probably said it a million times (alright, maybe not quite a million) but I LOVE this romper. There are so many different ways to style it. Last time that I wore it, I wore it as a top by layering a polka dot skirt over it. Do you guys remember that look? If not, you can always take a peek at it again HERE. Anyway, today I chose to switch things up by styling it as a pair of shorts by pairing a mustard-colored tank top over top of it.

I am absolutely in love with the way that the olive color of the romper and the mustard color of the tank look together. I played that up by donning a pair of flatform sandals that are very close in color to my tank top. A DIY daisy crown and black heart sunglasses pulled the look together. In these photos, I am also posing with my latest read, The Sun Also Rises by Ernest Hemingway.

This is one of my favorite looks in a while and that is primarily due to how the texture of the romper and texture of the tank interact. Aside from mixing and matching different patterns, I adore combining different textures. The eyelet texture of the romper emphasizes the open knit texture of the tank top and vise versa.

Today I also tried out a new beauty product- Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream. You can see that I also posed with it for a photo. I received this product for free from Influenster for review purposes. I have never used BB cream before so using it was a whole new experience for me.

On the Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream box, it describes the BB cream: "fresh & free: No oil or PABA. Just the good stuff. B.B. Cream, also known as beauty balm, is one of Asia's hottest beauty sensations. Its multitasking formula works to moisturize, brighten and help protect skin from harmful UV rays. This silky, tinted lotion blends effortlessly with your natural skin tone, helping hide imperfections and minimizing the need for concealer and foundation. With just one use, skin will be left glowing and naturally even."

My experience with the using the BB cream is definitely a positive one. It smells incredible. Very refreshing. Unlike sunscreens, this BB cream is very light-weight and doesn't feel like it weighs down my entire face. I also liked the fact that it was very sheer. I will certainly be using this product again! It is perfect because this one product, Olay Fresh Effects BB Cream, serves several purposes (including protection against the sun). Say good bye to toting around a ton of different facial products (foundations, moisturizers, etc.) and hello to simply carrying this product around! You can pick this up at your local drug store, Amazon.com or here for $12.99.

  1. I love this color scheme, Tori! I'm glad to hear you like the BB cream, too. I use Skin79's BB cream, and I absolutely love it. So much lighter than liquid and cream foundations!
