Vintage Vixen

Hello! It's been too hot here in Richmond the past few days. Due to the hot weather, I have been resorting to wearing high-rise shorts and light-weight tops essentially every day for the past week or so. This look was very retro-inspired what with the cutesy head scarf, bold red lipstick and the high-rise of my shorts. It also helps that every piece of clothing and accessory that I have on (with the exception of one bracelet) is vintage. What can I say? Vintage is where it is at! 

Speaking of vintage, I am wearing quite a few of my favorite vintage pieces in this look. My head scarf is perhaps my all-time favorite vintage piece. It is very light-weight and has the prettiest neutral pattern printed upon it. Not to mention that it is great at keeping the hair out of my face! It can also be worn as a regular scarf or tied around a bag. I was very fortunate to have this piece passed down to me by my great grandmother. 

I would also consider this set of cream-colored luggage one of my best vintage finds. It is perfect to bring with me on trips! And it is guaranteed that no one else will have the same set of luggage. 

Oh and exciting news! I am now the proud owner of an iPhone. My recently ordered iPhone 4 just came in the mail yesterday and I spent yesterday afternoon setting it up. I am now on both instagram and twitter. Follow me @ToriRadday!
