What I'm Loving Right Now: The Fendi Monster

Hello! What's cuter than the Fendi monster? With exaggerated eyes and eyebrows, puffs of fur and pops of bold colors, I can't think of anything cuter than the Fendi monster. The designer monster can be found in designs of Fendi jackets, shoes and bags (the little monster on bags is my absolute favorite.) Unfortunately, I can't even come close to affording a $2,000-$4,500 Fendi bag right now but a girl can dream, can't she?

Today, I've teamed up with Farfetch to participate in their blogger challenge to come up with a couple ways to style the Fendi monster. I selected three of my favorite Fendi monster bags and put together four swoon worthy looks around them.

Fendi Monster

The Fendi Bag Bugs Backpack. Fendi gives your standard backpack a major update by adding the signature monster and shearling texture. While backpacks are typically thought of as for lugging books to class, the way Fendi updated this backpack makes it a perfect bag for night on the town or to tote with you to your next fashion event. I love the backpack with eclectic prints that emphasize the yellow of the eyes of the monster. Dress the look up a little with a pair of unique sunglasses or rich fur jacket. Let the prints and Fendi monster take the focus of your look and abandon any jewelry.

The Fendi Micro "Baguette" Crossbody Bag. There's no accessory more playful than a Fendi monster bag and this needs to be taken into consideration when styling a look with a Fendi monster bag. You could always throw the handbag on with a simple look and let the bag be the (only) statement of your look. But what's the fun in that? Emphasize the playful vibes of the Fendi monster by pairing it with vibrant printed shift dresses like the ones above. The free-spirited prints emphasize the lively nature of the Fendi monster. Pieces like glamorous fur jackets, whimsical sunglasses and heels with fun detail are other pieces that play up the Fendi monster perfectly. One thing is for sure, if you step out of the house in either of the looks with the Fendi micro "baguette" crossbody bag above, you'll be the talk of the town (and fashion bloggers and reporters will be dying to snap your photo.)

What do you guys think of the Fendi monster? Anyone obsessing over it like I am?
