Red Glam Faux Fur

Hello! Featured above is the newest addition to my wardrobe- this incredibly glamorous, red faux fur jacket. I'm in love. Like wow. Could a jacket get much better than this?? The brilliant red color, faux fur texture and cropped fit make this jacket a stunner. My friend, Bri, bought this jacket a couple years ago on sale and never wore it. She went home this weekend and when she returned, she had this red jacket in tow; she knows my adoration of faux fur and brought it back for me. And like I said, I'm in love.

Diva-esque faux fur jackets are my latest obsession. I've been crying over THIS faux fur jacket from Nasty Gal since the day I spotted it; alas, it costs $218 and for a broke college student with less than $100 in her bank account, I'll never be able to buy it (unless there's some huge mega sale.)

For the look above, I decided to play up the diva vibes of the jacket by pairing it with a statement red lip and cherry red platform heels. I wanted to keep the focus of my look on the jacket so I styled it with a black and white striped dress. Golden jewelry and golden sunglasses perfected the look.
