Hello! These are a couple of the photos that I took of my look yesterday. The weather was very pretty outside early in the morning when I took these photos but quickly turned into a dreary, rainy day. I ended up grabbing lunch with a friend in Carytown and then spent the day curled up in bed with the third season of American Horror Story.

I styled my black polka dot dress as the base of this look. I layered on a bohemian, crochet top borrowed from my mom's wardrobe on top of the dress. It's tempting to just try to sneak this top out of my mom's wardrobe and into mine permanently but I'm sure she would notice. The intricate crochet, neutral color, length and fringe of the top create the best bohemian, hippie appeal. This top reminds me of something that would be sold in Free People or Anthropologie.

To emphasize the free-spirited vibe of the look, I styled a simple stone necklace and several rings with the look. I also styled the rings with the look to show off my freshly painted nails. Recently, Bio Seaweed Gel sent me one of their gel nailpolishes to try out and I love how it looks. This is the "247 Blue Jays" gel polish from their Unity All-In-One Collection

Bio Seaweed Gel sells gel nail polish in a wide variety of colors. Bio Seaweed is the only healthy gel nail polish currently on the market. And unlike other gel nailpolishes, Bio Seaweed gel doesn't need a special light to finish the manicure under; you simply paint your nails with the polish and let the sun finish the nails.

I'm very pleased with the sample that Bio Seaweed Gel sent me to review on my blog. It was very easy to apply and dried very nicely. Unlike traditional nail polish, it dried within just two minutes and looked perfect after drying- no cracks, scratches or smudges. Usually, I worry about resuming normal activity after painting my nails but I didn't have to worry about that at all with this nail polish. Once my nails were done drying in the sun, there was no messing them up.

I'm content with how my nails look; to me, they look just as nice as they would if I got them done at a salon. I'm also very fond of the deep teal color that I selected- perfect for the winter season. I would definitely recommend checking out Bio Seaweed Gel. Nailpolishes retail for $18 each; check out their selection here

I wanted to let the crochet top and accessories be the center of attention of the outfit so I styled a simple pair of black tights and booties with the look.
