Hello! I recently used some of my store credit at Rumors, a local Richmond thrift boutique, to purchase this rad nineties dress from The Cosmic Circle. The Cosmic Circle sells a beautifully curated collection of vintage gems in Rumors and I always love browsing through their rack of clothing. I purchased this navy blue beauty as well as another little spring dress on a recent Rumors trip. The classic navy color and nineties mod silhouette of this dress immediately drew me in. And for less than $20, this dress was quite the score. I'd highly recommend checking out The Cosmic Circle.
I slipped on a mod pair of white shades to enhance the nineties mod appeal of the look. I accessorized with a personalized "Tori" necklace and vintage blue purse. Natural Glossier makeup completed the aesthetic.
