3 Different Ways to Style a Floral Dress

Floral #1

Option #1: Spend your hot summer days in museums or painting in a studio? Well I have the perfect outfit for you! This creative, artsy option will take you from outdoor festivals to gallery openings to romantic dinners. Start your look with a bohemian-inspired floral dress with an intriguing silhouette. Style the dress with a pair of espadrille heels, neutral-colored floppy hat and artistic, painted tote bag (props if you DIY this bag!) Tortoiseshell sunglasses, a statement necklace and metallic flash tattoos add the finishing touch to this look.

Option #2: Want to add a retro, kitschy edge to your floral dress? Start with a daisy or sunflower print dress in contrasting colors such as yellow and black. Slip a kimono and pair of flatform sandals on with the look. Add a sort of vintage, pop art feeling to your look with a cartoon bag and quirky sunglasses (swooning over the sunglasses above!)

Option #3: Calling all my boho, Free People-loving readers; this is the look for you. Take a style cue from the 1960s and grab a floral print dress with wide sleeves. Play that hippie vibe up with handfuls of stone jewelry, neutral flatforms and heart sunglasses. Accentuate the colors in the print of the dress with a berry lipstick.

  1. Love these looks! The second one reminds me of something I wore in middle school, in a good way I promise.
