DIY: Feather Headband

Need something easy to throw on with a basic outfit that will add a bit of interest to the outfit? Try this simple DIY. This DIY was actually inspired by a girl in one of my classes. I fell in love with her feather headband and decided to try my hand at making it. The end results were excellent.

Materials: feathers, glue & glue gun, black ribbon, plain headband

Cost: Less than $10

Method: First, gather/buy all of your materials. I used plain brown/white/gray feathers but colored feathers or peacock feathers would work too. Next, wrap the ribbon around the headband. Occasionally glue the ribbon down so that it stays on the headband. After that, glue the feathers onto the ribbon. Voila! Very easy with marvelous results.
