Hello! When it comes to boho jewelry, the more the better! Layering on a plentitude of free-spirited pieces will only add to the free-spirited mood (even if you're cursing yourself as you spend 5 minutes taking all of your jewelry off at the end of the day.)
For this look, I decided to focus on boho details. I wanted most of the emphasis of my look to be on my accessories so I kept the base of my outfit pretty simple- just a black circle skirt and basic, black long-sleeve tee. I also slipped on my pair of dark green suede wedges. Then I decided to get creative with my jewelry.
I started with necklaces. I couldn't resist wearing my hand-painted choker necklace from GLISTER and slipped that on first. The key with layering necklaces is to make sure that you select necklaces of varying lengths. And to try on a lot of your necklaces to find the perfect ones to layer. For example, I selected four necklaces to style with this outfit but I tried on at least ten as I was getting ready in order to find the necklaces that looked best together. The extra time was totally worth it for getting the best layering combination. After a while, you'll also know which necklaces layer well with each other. I selected a simple stone necklace, golden boho necklace and long golden coin necklace to style with the choker. Any jewelry with stones instantly evokes a bohemian essence so the stone necklace was a no-brainer and the other two golden necklaces both have a free-spirited feel.
I decided to also stack on rings as well as bracelets with the look. I usually only wear bracelets on one arm but I was in the mindset of "the more, the merrier" so I decided to stack on bracelets on both of my arms. For my right arm, I slipped on a simple golden bracelet. I had more fun with layering on my left arm and first, started by donning a boho wrap bracelet. Even alone, that bracelet makes quite the statement so I added to that statement by also slipping on a smaller golden bracelet and a turquoise stone bracelet (again with the boho stones!)
As far as rings go, I went a little bit wild by wearing eight different rings. I chose an assortment of different rings from turquoise stone rings to more simple rings. I mixed and matched golden as well as silver rings.
