Hello! Today, I thought that I would share a few photos from Free People's December 2014 lookbook with you guys. The lookbook showcased model, Cat McNeil, in a line of drop dead gorgeous merchandise. I fell in love with Free People's December 2014 lookbook as soon as I browsed through the images on my Mac.

These images are the first to provide a glimpse into Free People's Spring 2015 collection and have me already fantasizing about the rest of their spring line. The line effortlessly combines breezy silhouettes, simple details and monochromatic color schemes. There is definitely a very relaxed, laid back vibe to the line which conjures up thoughts of dreamy vacations to incredible beaches.

Photos were taken in White Sands, New Mexico. Now, if only I had a wardrobe full of Free People merchandise and a vacation to White Sands!

You can also check out their video for the upcoming collection HERE. All photos taken from Free People.

What do you guys think of Free People's December 2014 lookbook?

Hello Philadelphia

 photo IMG_6837_zpsabcab9ed.jpg

Hello! Last night, I arrived in Philadelphia to finish up this semester. I'm glad to be back in Philadelphia but am definitely counting down the days until winter break when I can go back to Richmond and relax.

Although today marks the beginning of December, the weather is actually very pretty outside. Temperatures are in the low 60s/high 50s and there isn't a single cloud in the sky. And I'm definitely not complaining! I'll take weather like this over freezing cold weather any day.

For the surprisingly warm weather, I pulled my black & white polka dot dress out of my wardrobe. I slipped on an American flag sweatshirt over the dress.

Usually, sweatshirts are not really my thing but I can't even express how much I love this sweatshirt. I thrifted this vintage gem at a thrift shop this past summer for about $5. This sweatshirt is just so overly patriotic and cheesy that I couldn't help buying it. Although you can't really tell from the photo, the American flag print continues onto the back of the sweatshirt.

Black combat boots, thigh highs and bold red lipstick completed the look.

Polka dot dress: H&M
Black thigh highs: Free People
Combat boots: Doc Martens
American flag sweatshirt: Vintage
